For purchases in the store, credit note, exchange, or refund are available within fourteen days of purchase with receipt (and for shoes, the original box) and in original condition. We do not accept returns on food items or on shoes worn out of the store. For purchases made through our website, we do not accept returns on food items. We accept returns on non-food items for up to thirty days from the day you receive your package. In order for a return to be accepted, items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them. Shoes must not be worn, and must be tried on indoors, with socks. If a returned item appears to have been used, the customer will be contacted and no refund or exchange will be given and no store credit issued. We will grant a full refund, store credit, or exchange on any unused item other than food. All footwear should be sent back in their original containers and please make sure that the packaging (in most cases, the shoebox) is placed inside of another box (one that you provide or the original box it was shipped in) and in such a way so it will not sustain any damage on its return trip to us. Please include a note as to whether you would like a refund, store credit, or an exchange on any unused item, as well as your name, phone number and/or e-mail and order number in case we have any questions for you. All items must be sent to the physical store: 7410 Greenwood Avenue North, Seattle WA 98103. You can send the item back however you want as long as you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We suggest shipping it back to us using a method that can be tracked. We cannot take responsibility for items that do not make it back to our store.
Once we receive the item we will contact you by e-mail or phone, and give you a refund or exchange or store credit, assuming that the item clearly is in original condition (we inspect all of our items before shipping them to customers).
If item is not in the original condition or the original box, the item will be returned to you and you will be responsible for all shipping costs. Please be aware that some shoe styles come in UK or European sizes. Please consider this before assuming the wrong size has been sent. If you have any questions about sizing, please contact the store prior to placing an order.
